I have a Sun Power System I own and Sun Strong has abandon anyone who bought their system. They only service leased, but they collect my payments??? Don't get me started… I have been trying to find someone to fix our system for 2 years. Paying for solar that did not work and high utility bills. Placer Solar is the company that can do it. Worth every penny. On top of that they are kind people and the company is organized with their communication and processes. While they have fixed my system I am still unable to get into the app to monitor it. Really not their problem, but they have been trying to help me with that too. Clearly above and beyond. “Had an issue with my SunVault fully discharged and a third of my panels not collecting power. Placer Solar Solutions came to my house and got me all up and running. At first we thought the panels were bad modules ($$$$), but after their techs thoroughly investigated the issue, they determined it was just a pair of bad breakers and pair of breakers in the off position - way cheaper. I am very appreciated of the effort they took to first verify that the problem was due to bad modules, as this would have cost me thousands of dollars. They did their due diligence, professionalism and honesty, saved me thousands of dollars and they earned a customer for life. I interfaced with 4 of their technicians. They were all very professional. If only I had them expand my system 4 years ago - I probably would have had better documentation on how the system was built and would know how to prevent the depleted SunVault and know a pair of breakers was dedicated to a set of panels. And I am sure they would not have dropped a high energy can into my gutters - clogging it. 5 STARS!”
